Confirmation: When an order is placed through the website you will be sent a confirmation email confirming the order. Please check that this is correct and contact us as soon as possible if there's any problems concerning it.
Payment: Payment is either by Credit Card via our online facility using Sagepay or by post using a cheque or postal order to the address given in the invoice (also available on our Contact Us page) You will be charged the current displayed price for buying goods from our website at the date you place you order. We also accept Paypal payments.
Delivery: We pride ourselves on dispatching orders as quickly as possible. Which is normally 1 working day. Please allow 14 days for delivery. If there is a problem with an order we will contact you as soon as possible. Orders are dispatched using various services depending on the size of the order usually Royal mail 1st Class, 2nd Class or International Standard. Orders over 2kg will be dispatched via courier (normally 48 hours within the UK) or in multiple packages depending on the destination. International customers please see our deliver page for shipping prices.
Cancellation/Exchange/Refund: If a product is found to be faulty, you should return it to us, giving reasons, and if possible we will issue a replacement. We regret we are unable to refund the cost of postage and cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit from you to us. All individual customers have the right to cancel any order within seven days of your contract with Yarns to Yearn for., or seven days after receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you choose to cancel your order you will have your payment returned and products must be returned to Yarns to Yearn for at the address displayed above.
Multiple purchases of the same product: We aim to dispatch the same batch/dye lot on multiple purchases in some rare instances this may be 2 batches or if there is a problem we will contact you.
Tartan Products: The tartan products are produced using the best quality tartan, the photos are just a guide to the product as the placement of the check/repeats in the tartan can be sewn / glued in different places on the product. It will always en-corporate the full design.
General: All matters concerning and incidental to any offer or agreement for the purchase and sale of goods from our website shall be construed and governed according to Scottish law and the Scottish courts shall have jurisdiction in all such matters. These terms and conditions do not in anyway affect your statutory rights.
